 2005 Track

If you wanna see a preview of the first straight of the 2003 World's track you've come to the right place.  The World's track plan was followed precisely.   Work was completed on April 6, 2003 and we thank our members for all their hard work.  The four-beep gate is on order which will give riders the ideal training straight.

First up a low table top. Next an eight metre double Then an eight metre lip-to-lip stepup banking into a left hander. This is what you'll see when you come over the big double

Brodie Ainger making sure the big double is rideable by sprockets.   It is. No one gets out of digging diorite at our busy bees... ... well except Mr President that is. Celebrity loader-driver Joe Millionaire dropped in to help out

The Southsdie track is 435.4 metres long if you stick to the middle of the track. Click on the picture for a larger image.  Check the Old Track Photos to see how far our riders have progressed in the last couple of years.

First straight, table top then 8 metre double then 8 metre step up. 270 degree corner with small jumps and deep bowl, goes straight into the old esses. Out of the esses, second straight with tabletop and big double(?), then the old canteen corner double. Looking back along the third straight, the old small stepup then eight pack.

Looking back down the last straight, last corner completely remodelled and nicely banked rhythm finish of single, small table-top, step-down abd double.
